The tenant can call or text us. We will triage the problem to determine if it's an emergency. We will then troubleshoot the problem with the tenant over the phone to help resolve the problem. If that doesn't work we will dispatch a contractor. We follow up with both the contractor and the tenant to make sure the problem is fully resolved. Maintenance issues are the #1 reason tenants move. Resolving them quickly with a high quality vendor is the best way to keep overall costs down.
